Pool Financing

Build the Pool You Want. Finance it Comfortably.

Financing is available for qualified Good Life Pools projects. We work with third-party lenders who specialize in home improvement and pool construction loans.

Why Finance Your Pool?

Most Good Life Pools projects run $50,000–$80,000. That's a meaningful amount of capital, and not every homeowner wants to move that much cash at once — even when they have it. Financing is a practical tool that lets you build the pool you actually want, at the quality level that makes sense for a permanent fixture in your home.

We work with third-party lenders who understand pool construction. These are not generic personal loan products — they're purpose-built for home improvement projects with the underwriting experience to match. Decisions are usually fast, and your project timeline isn't affected.

The Case for Financing

💰

Keep Your Cash

A custom pool is a $50,000–$80,000 investment. Financing lets you build the pool you actually want now — without depleting savings or disrupting other financial goals.

📈

Instant Equity

A well-built pool adds value to your home from day one. Many Southwest Florida homeowners see property value increases that make financing costs negligible over the long run.

🔒

Fixed Payments

Qualified borrowers can lock in predictable monthly payments on a fixed-rate loan. Know exactly what you're paying each month for the life of the loan.

Fast Decisions

Our lending partners are experienced with home improvement and pool construction loans. Most decisions come back quickly — sometimes within the same week.

How It Works

1

Mention it at Consultation

During your free site visit, let Sergey know you're interested in financing. There's no commitment — it just lets us prepare the right documentation alongside your design and proposal.

2

Receive Your Proposal

We'll send your fixed-price proposal with a total project cost. This is the number your loan application will be based on — no moving targets.

3

Apply with Our Lending Partner

We connect you directly with lenders who specialize in home improvement and pool construction financing. You apply through their secure process — Good Life Pools is not a lender and does not see your financial information.

4

Get Approved & Build

Once approved, we schedule your project. Construction begins after permit approval and the standard contract deposit. Your pool gets built on the same timeline as any other Good Life Pools project.

Financing Questions

What credit score do I need to qualify?

Minimum requirements vary by lender and loan product. Generally, borrowers with good-to-excellent credit (680+) have the most options available. We can connect you with lenders who work across a range of credit profiles — ask at your consultation.

What loan amounts are available?

Our lending partners offer pool construction loans from approximately $10,000 up to $150,000 or more, depending on the lender and your qualifications. Most Good Life Pools projects fall in the $50,000–$80,000 range.

Is it a home equity loan or unsecured?

Both options may be available. Home equity loans and HELOCs typically offer lower rates because the loan is secured by your property. Unsecured home improvement loans move faster because they don't require an appraisal. We'll help you understand both options.

Does Good Life Pools charge extra for financed projects?

No. Your fixed-price proposal is the same whether you pay cash or finance. We don't add fees or markups for financed projects. What you see in your proposal is what you pay.

Can I finance a renovation or just new construction?

Both. Whether you're building a new pool or renovating an existing one, financing is available for qualified projects. The process is the same — mention it at your consultation and we'll connect you with the right lender.

What if I'm not approved?

If you're not approved through our primary lending partner, we can connect you with alternatives. We've worked with clients on various financing paths, including HELOCs from their own banks. The goal is to find what works for your situation.
