How long does a new pool build take?
Most custom gunite pools take 8–12 weeks from permit approval to water. Timeline depends on design complexity, permitting speed in your municipality, and weather. We give you a realistic timeline upfront and keep you updated at every phase.
Do you handle the permits?
Yes — completely. We pull all required permits, schedule all required inspections, and handle all municipality communication. You don't have to touch a single form.
What's the difference between gunite and other pool types?
Gunite (also called shotcrete) is a concrete-based shell reinforced with rebar. It can be shaped into any geometry, has no seams, and lasts 30–50 years with proper maintenance. Fiberglass pools come in limited pre-made shapes. Vinyl liner pools require liner replacement every 10–15 years. For custom builds in Florida, gunite is the clear choice.
